Find the right task to automate

Some tasks need a simple rule or system connection, not AI. Others involve unstructured information such as documents or enquiries. We look at frequency, error cost and review requirements to decide where automation could be useful and where a person should remain in control.

Build on what you already have

An older system may still be valuable. We assess its APIs, export options, documentation and permissions before recommending an integration. We cannot promise compatibility without reviewing the system, and a full replacement is not automatically the best route.

Practical examples

A workflow could prepare an enquiry summary for a staff member, extract proposed fields from a document for review, or move approved information between tools. These are illustrative possibilities. Their value and accuracy need to be evaluated against your actual data and process.

Evaluate before expanding

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. We define review points, failure handling and evaluation examples alongside the integration. Third-party processing, recurring service costs, permissions and the handling of business data are discussed before a live rollout.
